If you only have daytime, do you have to fast continually? Some Muslim scholars advise using the day length in Mecca, others to follow the closest country in which night can be determined from day. That could still mean something like a 21 hour fast. What to do if you are devout? those who do not fast continually are to be seen as heathen and therefore in need of beheading. |
