I agree. 

The Body  is almost ... unrelenting  ... from beginning to end,  thereby  maintaining a truly  claustrophobic atmosphere.   Heightening that discomfort are  the various emotional triggers    the episode manages to strike.    Despite the fact that such triggers vary greatly from person to person,   The Body    seems to hit so many of them that  no viewer is spared or left unscathed.

Also,  isn't it the only BTVS episode in the series with absolutely no music, IIRC?
