It will take a while, but we're talking an community consisting of thousands of members. It will take years and many hours of shameless self-promotion 
to come close to IMDbs traffic.
The real question is, where are these existing members? After IMDb where did they flock to? Does anyone know?
IMDb didn't give us enough time, a two weeks notice is something you give to an employee not a message board user.
