^^^me too because it was not "wicked", that is one of the MCU issues that all of the "violence" is forgetable and joke-y, even with Avengers1 a film I like.
I just looked up the scene, is it this one? Loki scans the eye (not of a random person!) with a device to open a vault. The Geman language explicitly states "retina-Scan" and "positive recognition" and "unlock". One must really project a lot into this so to interpret this as "stabs" the eye and "collects" it.
Apart from this, even if he did that, it was depicted in a kiddy-friendly, only semi-indicated way. Superman Returns had a more explicit bullet in the eye scene than that (most willl actually remember).
