Guardiola has to win it.
Mourinho has to look like he could win it (at least top 4).
Wenger also has to win it (or at least come close) otherwise he finally has to go (frankly I'd put money on this being his last season).
Conte has to be competitive but probably doesn't have to win it (top 4).
Klopp has to continue building but still finish at least top 4.
Pochettino can have a disaster of a season (which they will IMO) but they'll probably let him off since they're playing at Wembley.
