Minimum required:
Guardiola - Title challenge, CL challenge, and a trophy. Ideally they'd want to win both major titles (CL and PL) or win one and come close to the other. I think they'd still keep Pep for mounting a title challenge without finishing 1st and winning a domestic trophy of some sort, even if it would be seen as a so so season. His reputation would keep him in the job. Not sure a trophyless season would.
Jose - Same as for Pep but with more emphasis on title challenge and less on a trophy, after doing a double last season. He definitely needs to be seen as if he's making strides towards winning the league in the very near future. After last season he'd have a bit of leeway and would be kept in a job for going trophyless while maintaining a title challenge (basically doing what Spurs did).
Wenger - Same as Jose. Has to challenge for the title and at least come close to winning it if he doesn't, and when I say come close, the performance levels have to improve. They need to go on formidable runs and be hard to beat. Would be a sign of progress. Doing that even without winning a trophy should keep him in the job. Anything less and the fans wouldn't accept it anymore and he'd be forced into walking.
Conte - Would need to challenge in the big competitions. Always hard to tell how much Abramovich would settle for. I'd guess after last season Conte could get away with a top 4 finish without winning anything, but you never know. Ancelotti was sacked for achieving the same.
Klopp - Would need to repeat last season at a minimum. Winning some silverware should also be on the agenda but perhaps not essential to him staying put.
Poch - The most leeway out of all of them. Frankly if he finishes top 4 it will be a miraculous job by him. Given the circumstances of playing at Wembley and a lack of transfer activity he should be able to get away with a 5th or 6th place finish. Any ire from fans would be more directed at Levy than Poch. However failure in the league should lead to higher cup expectancy.
