Wasn't he just declared by some popular poll as the greatest black athlete of All-Time too? Not sure if I agree with that - but in my eyes is #1 as far as hoops (of course I never saw Wilt)

Basketball bores the arse off me ... maybe that's why I was never impressed by him.

It's actually a great game to play... loved it at school, that said though, I can't imagine I would have enjoyed it as much if I was playing people who were actually good at it.

Tried to get into watching it during the Jordan era, but just couldn't.
