Most Over Hyped Athletes of All-Time

I forgot about Powlus. The way I remember the quote was "It's not a question of whether Powlus will win a Heisman but how many." It was after his first game as a freshman, a good game against an awful Northwestern team. He wasn't a bad college QB, 7,602 yards, 52 TDs. Playing for decent to mediocre Notre Dame teams. But I don't think he ever got a Heisman vote or a play in the NFL.
