Anyway, he's so 90s, there are loads of Brits killing it at the moment, just off the top of my head, Kevin Bridges, Jason Manford, Sean Locke, Stewart Lee, Dara Ó Briain. Check 'em out.

And you know what our 2nd rate comedians do? They end up landing top jobs presenting top American chatshows... while Bill Burr is still doing podcasts in his grundies. You just can't get enough of us!

And when one Brit standup ever gets near the fame of Bruce, Carlin, Pryor, Murphy, Rock, Burr, Black etc. then call me. Has the UK done anything genuinely funny since Python?
