The Dodgers still haven't played anybody (especially from the AL) that is good. Plus, I am not at all convinced that the Dodgers Pitching has gotten any better than it was last season. I think that a lot of the hype over them is pretty overrated. What does everyone else here think ? They haven't played anybody good? The Rockies AND the Diamondbacks both have better records than any second place team in baseball (and better than any team in either Central division). The NL has better records down the board: 1st: Dodgers have 11 more wins than the Astros. 2nd: Nationals have 3 more wins than the Red Sox. 3rd: Rockies have 2 more wins than the Indians. 4th: Diamondbacks have 4 more wins than the Yankees. 5th: Cubs have the same number of wins as the Angels. 6th: Cardinals have 2 more wins than the Twins. If the Dodgers lost every game for the rest of the season, they'd have a winning record for the year. They haven't lost a series since early June. They may not win the World Series, but they have easily played better than every other team in the majors this year.
