I predict the winner will finish with about 3500 points tops. That's about a 92 point average.
Tbh, I think 3400 might be enough, which is an 89 point average.
As for Tottenham v Chelsea, tough to call all things considering. Could be a home win, maybe a draw, or could be an away win...
