No, the NFL's standard of proof isn't "guilty until proven innocent". The NFL's standard of proof is "preponderance of evidence", which isn't the same thing as "guilty until proven innocent".
"Innocent until proven guilty" basically requires 100% proof while "Innocent until proven guilty" requires 0% proof (the prosecution doesn't even have to present any evidence because the burden is entirely on the defense to present evidence proving innocence).
But "preponderance of evidence" still requires over 50% proof. Therefore, the prosecution is still required to present enough evidence to tip the scale to over 50%. So if the evidence doesn't indicate guilt over 50%, then it's not guilty.
