And I always held this viewpoint. Always viewed it as a hobby for 'stat dorks'.
That being said - years ago I got in a league at work. They held a 'draft' at a local GMs home with a keg - I've got to be honest with you - the football season was a blast. Instead of just walking by coworkers with a stone cold miserable face every Monday when you couldn't stand being at work - you actually had something to converse about with coworkers from different departments.
Been years - but I had fun
