Around longer with the show, sure, but Mayim had a career long before any of the others did. I don't think that Melissa deserves equal pay because Bernadette is horrible but I love Amy (and "Shamy").

Her acting career was put on hold while she went to school. Regardless her career length means nothing.

She was not on this show and the others were.

Mayim is too liberal.
