Just goes to show that if you are a celebrity Drs. will prescibe anything that you want and the justice system goes easy on you.
yes it has a more speedy effect - but like all opiods or synthetic ones all are just as physically addictive(off course you must take much more tram which is almost equivelent to dihydrocodeine and a bit stronger than codiene (natural opiate) to get high.however if you are even up to oxy morphine or a heroin level (let alone oxycodone or hydrocodone)- tramadal will stop the cravings in a sufficent dose, as it affects the same brain receptors. - the major problem with tramadol is that it also has an ssri effect as well as an opiate one , so can be even harder to come of than other opiates (even stronger ones)- and it also can give seizures when taken in high doses- so most people will take a benzodiene or non-benzondiene(such as valium(diazapam), xanax(alprozam) or ambien(zoplicone/zoplidiem) or an opiate (or both) or all to stop that risk
