That time of year again...so, let me ask: do you participate in fantasy football? If you answer "yes," then please answer the following: 1. Do you play video games and do that season long thing where you run the team? 2. Do you dress up as Chewbacca at comic cons? 3. Do you have a life partner? 4. Do you enjoy Harry Potter films? 5. Ever seen a grown man naked? 6. Do you like soccer? Thanks in advance for your responses. You seem to joke, but I have played fantasy football for 15 seasons now and I am obsessed. It makes football way more fun, even though it is great already. Also, it is seriously impossible for someone who does not play any fantasy football to enjoy the game or understand it as much as I do. I know the fifth string receivers on every team. I watch every game, not just Eagles games, because I am concerned with every team. The NFL loves fantasy sports. Who else would watch a Bills and Jags game on Thursday night besides Bills and Jags fans without it? Also, you seem to assume that we must be losers, even though tens of millions in the US play now. I have been married 11 years and have two children. I have seen all of the Harry Potter films once and they were okay. I do not understand all of the hype. I like video games, but I rarely get to play anymore. I still enjoy Madden and NBA 2K. Soccer sucks and I have seen hundreds of grown men naked. I was in the military after all. Never really thought much of it. The human body never made me uncomfortable, no matter the sex. I have never been to a Comic Con. |
