Kramaric came from Leicester, for 10m. Was Hoffenheim's record signing. Scouting hasn't been what it used to be back in their first years in the Bundesliga. They had some idiotic signings, most notably Kevin Kuranyi. What a joke to bring him back from Russia just because they could sign him for free.
Most of you probably don't know much about the background of that club. Hoffenheim is basically the older and smaller half-sibling of RB Leipzig. They are both what you could call start-up clubs, created either from scratch (RB) or from a 7th division team (Hoffenheim). Same blueprint, same "father".
