I'm not overly fond of sex scenes either. They just don't remain with me. The only genres I think they fit are romance and horror. Any other one and it just feels gratuitous.
But one that I do enjoy is the car ride in Last House on the Left. Probably because there's no nudity and it's kind of a montage and it's not really important. It's just happening and is comical in parts.
