that is true. But unfortunately with the changing of technology you have to roll with the times or lose all your music. don't you hate that? But the good thing is with digital files these days if you back them up they can last you a lifetime. I still have a big bag of cassette tapes though lol

I totally agree jayhn1111 on all points here

definitely keep your " master copies " as I call these
in my case these are usually my CD's & cassette tapes
I purchased years ago

Also if we take good care of our collections
we will be able to enjoy these for our lifetime as well
