If everything his ex wife says is true (which granted, could be bullshit) it doesn't look good for joss. He spent a large portion of his career waving the feminist flag, only to lie to his wife and use a position of power for sex from young women. This sadly is adding to the stereotype of male feminist just being creeps and using feminism to get laid.
It also makes Joss a hypocrite.
Does cheating on your wife and using your power to sleep with young women make you a douche? Absolutely. It makes you an asshole is what it does. But that doesn't mean that you are suddenly a bigot or disrespectful of women in general. Unless he specifically harassed these women or blackmailed them then it shouldn't really impact whatever feminist ideals he has.
