Yeah, Penalties suck but get a winner in the 90 and penalties are irrelevant. It makes sense not to have replays, it really does.
On another thing, why do Americans call it Penalty Kicks ? Has anyone ever not kicked it ? I'm assuming it's completely within the rules to head it from 12 yards, but really ?
