The problem is that the definition of trolling is still, even now, unclear. Most of the time we can tell what it is, but often someone comes up with a new way of doing it, or worse yet, the Troll accuses someone else of being the Troll and successfully confuses the issue. Quite often the Troll doesn't consider themselves to be a Troll in the first place! They actually think they have a valid point. Trolling it seems is in the eye of the beholder.
No, I'm afraid trolling will continue to be alive and well for many a generation to come. Unfortunately.
