DC movie franchise but not part of DCEU

Starting with Joker origin produced by Martin Scorsese. What do you guys think and what would you want to see?

I personally think this shouldn’t happen. This will seem like a huge cluster fuck for everything DC related. On the other hand, I can see them making other stories such as Red Son or something. I rather see this for the DC streaming service. Just making a series or a movie there.
