TDK had plenty of problems and the Joker has his character problems too, but most people think it's bad taste to point this out.
F7 didn't exploit Paul Walker's death? There's an entire music video for the film dedicated to Paul Walker. The ending to the film was even re-written specifically to serve as a send-off to Walker.
In what way did TDK exploit Ledger's death?
TDK used Heath's death as part of his Posthumous Oscar Campaign. And "It was Heath's last complete film" as part of the advertising.
