I can understand DC gaining some confidence after WW success, and unless it is a total disaster Justice League will be a success (I mean Suicide Squad was ffs). These films are pretty much critic proof (look at Transformers for example). But I think their big test will be Aquaman. Decide where to go after that. If JL is as bad as SS, they will only have to insert songs for the entire run and jokes like with SS: Guaranteed mega success, will probably make more money than a good JL film!
Aquaman I have not the faintest idea how they will pull that off, in doubt via the saving formula just discussed...
If he steels JL the way Wonder Woman stole BvS they should be OK (though personally I usually find underwater movies a bit dull..and I'm sure a good amount of Aquaman wil be). |
