That crazy bastard that shot up the theater in Colorado singlehandedly made sure that The Dark Knight Rises wouldn't live up to its potential. Obviously with a tragedy like that, a movie is trivial and worthless, but it still happened and I know many people that decided against seeing it for that reason.
