Really tough call, but I'm going with Avengers, Deadpool, and Unbreakable. Avengers because it really kicked the MCU into gear and was the first big crossover movie. Deadpool because, Like Guardians of the Galaxy, it shows just what can be done with comic book films. Unbreakable because it was a great non-property superhero film and there needs to be more of those.
For a movie not on the list I'd say The Incredibles. As far as I'm concerned it's the only decent Fantastic Four movie we've ever had and may ever see.
