No I get that it was a gift, but I felt it was an unnecessary line because the murder of his mother should have been enough, but that's just me. You've obviously never had a precious gift from a new deceased beloved relative cruelly destroyed in front of your eyes. I have. Believe me, it is not something you gloss over when you call out the person who did it. Well..... technically she passed away 20 years ago. I'm not saying there's no value in the walkman, just that the line felt more like a button. |
