That's not the same thing at all, because Bucky would intentionally do something like that. It would have to be accident, and actually, yes, I would be very understanding if Tony got upset over that. Ego had Quill completely at his mercy and could have just left the walkman alone. Instead, he chose to take it away from Peter in the cruelest way possible. So no, the line doesn't take away from the emotional impact of the scene.
