Is Wonder Woman worth buying digitally today?

it's a lot more mature and well written than Cap1, i.e. without laser battles in WW2, Mr Tomatoe-Head and such. It's considered a historic milestone in the CBM genre. But in the end it's only a silly CBM with a neat message.

Given your relative indifference towards this film so far, your disposition in taste and your seemingly modest monetary means I'd say it's safe to wait for the 4 bucks opportunity for a few more months.

WW will be there for long, trust me, it can wait.
