yes. I know. I deserve it. Its horrible. And because I have so much trouble controlling this I often opt for going to the movies by myself. No I do not talk to myself. Yet?

When I focus really hard on shutting the hell up during tv, then I often find myself just thinking about "how hard I am trying" or "gee this is taking half of the fun out of it".

I should probably see a professional about this, I know. *calls a local wine maker
