Re athletic stuff I hike, bike, go to the gym/do weightlifting, do martial arts (a bunch of different styles, and I particularly like teachers/schools that combine styles), and I play a bit of very casual/non-competitive racquetball and tennis (usually our objective is to keep the ball going back and forth as long as possible). I've been doing all of that stuff all of my life more or less. Hiking and biking I've been really consistent with. The other stuff has been kind of off and on depending on circumstances, including that I've had to travel a lot. But even when traveling, I've made a point of hiking and biking as much as I can. On the road as a musician, I always pack a bike along with our musical gear.
I also like diving and snorkeling, but I haven't done it regularly for awhile.
Other than that, I played baseball from little league through the first couple years of university, but I haven't played since then. I wasn't really good enough to attempt it professionally. I'm much better at music, and that was always my priority.
