Melbourne, Australia TV schedule for Sunday 23 May 1965.
Four stations to choose from: ABV-2 being a non-commercial station, along with commercial stations HSV-7, GTV-9 and ATV-0. Yes, Australian TV sets had a channel 0. ATV-0 later changed its channel number to channel 10, and is part of Network Ten, which is rather famously having some financial problems during 2017. Mind you, this is nothing new, as they were having financial troubles in 1965 as well.
Why this schedule? Because I recently watched the episode of "Brian Henderson's Bandstand" on it. It was a pop music show whose format changed every 6 months or so. It's an enjoyable show, I'll include two links to clips below. Note: In Sydney, it aired the day before, and is listed as such on IMDb. It was common at the time for shows in Australia to air on different dates in different cities.
Note: Two of the series on this schedule, UK's "Panorama" and homegrown production "Four Corners", are still running!
