"Good" and "Evil" are subjective value judgments that individuals make about actions (well, or ideally they make those judgments about particular actions and don't engage in the oversimplified nonsense to applying them to a person overall).
Whether something is "selfish" is a matter of how the person in question is thinking about an action. If they primarily have benefit to self in mind, that action is selfish.
