It's not really a secret since I think I've mentioned it on this forum already, but I like to run old movies (ones I know very well) while I'm cooking or doing something else that doesn't require a lot of thought.
I have them running nearby on my iPad as background movement/sound.
My iTunes movie list shows me as having watched some of my "old" movies hundreds of times because of this habit.
