The only memorable music score was in The Avengers during the final city battle, expecially when Banner transforms into the Hulk. The only other piece that comes close is the funeral scene in Thor 2 of Frigga which was pretty well directed but that kind of emotion is a dime a dozen in an MCU movie. The Dark Knight trilogy is the obvious gold standard but that's all down to the wizard genuis Hanz Zimmer. Zimmer's overrated.
