It began being shown in Sydney Australia in November 1956, which Australian TV was only a few weeks old. It aired on Tuesdays at 8:00PM, preceded by "Jungle Jim" and followed by "Four Star Theatre" (aka Four Star Playhouse). It aired against "Science Fiction Theatre" on ABN-2......a third station, ATN-7, began operations the next month.
In Melbourne it began being shown in November 1956, when TV in that city was only a few days old. It aired at 8:00PM on Tuesdays on HSV-7, preceded by "The Three Musketeers" and followed by "Four Star Playhouse". HSV-7 was the only Melbourne station at the time, but two new stations began operations very shortly.
By March 1957, the schedules had changed. In Sydney, it was now preceded by "Jet Jackson" and followed by "Four Star Playhouse". It aired against Science Fiction Theatre" on ABN-2 and Sydney-produced slapstick comedy game show "It Pays to be Funny" on ATN-7.
In Melbourne, it was preceded and followed by the same series as in Sydney. It aired against live local show "Sports Page" on ABV-2 and "It Pays to be Funny" on GTV-9.
