Jennifer Lawrence: ‘Mother Nature’s Rage’ Directed at U.S. B

Part of me wants to agree, but it is merely a coincidence that every gulf coast state that is in the path of hurricanes happened to be red states. And Florida, under a current state of emergency because of Irma, voted for Obama in 2008 and 2012. The Midwest, Deep South, and Great Plains states are prone to tornadoes. The southwest gets months of high temperatures at or above triple digits. Wildfires are common in western states. And California is prone to earthquakes, which can happen without warning, and can't be predicted.

In short, Lawrence here is not much better than the money-hungry televangelists and conservative commentators who have blamed hurricanes on the tolerance of gay people.
