Can almost hear her saying it in her wonderful husky voice that always seemed to have a smile in it. "wonderfully husky voice" think you mean that her voice was destroyed by cigarette addiction,which killed her at age 69--her cigarette smoking husband died a few years earlier--still think she was at her most beautiful in If its Tuesday This Must Be Belgium(1969) |
