I said they were like catamarans, as in they have separate floatation, as in if one compartment is flooded the other s still float. Here is a structural blueprint, you can see that if the cut is like in the movie, no major floating compartment would be compromised. Yeah, they won't sink after splitting in half because the blueprints said so, just like how the blueprints said the Titanic wouldn't sink either. If the Titanic had several robotic men holding it together it would have stayed afloat. |
