Agreed with most of the entries here...to contribute more...
-"T3" ending scene. I wanted to like this movie as much as any Arnold/Ellison/Terminator fan...but it was kind of a steamer. Except the last 4-5 minutes. The music, narration, CGI, etc, were really above par...and remain the standout stuff I took away from this movie. (All of the above, but also I thought Nick Stahl was great in the whole movie)
-I thought the saber battle at the end of "Revenge of the Sith" was the saving grace of an otherwise sort of bloated movie. It was awesome and delivered on the promises "Splinter of the Mind's Eye" hinted at when I read it as a kid. The delivery of some of the lines is pretty weird in some instances, but the action/sets are more than enough to distract from that.
"Troll 2." One of my favorite bad movies...and the "they're eating her, and then they're going to eat me" scene gets a lot of love, but for me it was the witch (?) banging the dude in the RV with popcorn flying all over the place. Complete with a General MIDI porno-sax track. So absurdly good it made me love the movie even more.
