i wonderful lifestyle to adopt. :-)

i have found that the religious tend to go out of their way to shut down conversations that question the validity of their belief systems. and that is no way to live.

i use myself and this board as i prime example. i am restricted from creating new posts here, sparked by the pouting from the religious posters here. when all anyone has to do is put a poster on ignore. of course, the religious have become expert at ignoring anything/anyone who happens to shine a light on their particular belief regime.

I agree; most religions make their followers afraid (or otherwise undermine their ability) to examine their tenants objectively. My wish is for one that can create a motivational fervor without the fevered delusions that seem to accompany most, if not all, of these institutions.
