Ryan Murphy seems to use a lot of current
news media and also certain homages to other
classic films as well
. That's yet another aspect of this
intriguing show that appeals to me also

because I have enjoyed this show overall since season 1
and it was originally recommended to me by a close family friend
. Of course now I'm still watching it
and my friend gave up on it
because she didn't realize
how crazy bold and violent it really was before
( but then again she really isn't a big horror fan such as I am here either )
