Not sure what you mean. If science proved the existence of god, then the god I would believe in would be whichever one science had proved. If it was the christian god, I'd believe in the christian god. If it was the muslim one, I'd believe in that one. How is that even a sensible question?

If you are asking which version of god I would prefer to be real, then I don't really have a preference. I suppose I'd pick whichever one would leave me alone to the greatest degree.
