With CrazyAsshole, twothousandonemark, and SciFive, I really like this one. In fact, to be honest, I've probably seen this one the most, and it may well be my favorite of the series. (What? Blasphemy!)
I like the sense of childlike wonder and awe--the magic lurking around every corner--and how darkness balances with lightness: how children's fiction ought to be written.
While I think Prisoner of Azkaban, most people's favorite, is the best film of the lot (and Goblet of Fire the best book), I do have to say that Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone is my favorite, that most subjective term.
