Congratulations on SMH's Box Office success

As far as the studios are concerned, domestic box office has taken a back seat to the international box office.

The studios are looking for the domestic market to cover the cost of making/marketing a movie. International is where the gravy comes from these days.

That would be a real bad guess. No one equates quality with box office ... except you, apparently.
