Biologically, Women are Submissive to Men

I agree if a woman and a man are doing the same job, they should get equal pay. 

I agree that women are capable of being a leader.

That being said, there is a difference in believing women and men should be socially equal (in a society) and biologically equal.

In the real world each species has a male and a female counterpart. They even use the term male when describing the more dominate sex. This is just how nature works. Human beings are no different.
