I think there is still a possibility Green Lantern or another member could make a surprise appearance in the movie but looking at how much casting information and details about movies are leaked on the internet these days I kinda agree with the two members above and don't think Warner Bros could keep it a secret for this long. I mean most of the new cast for Arrow, the Flash, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow has already been revealed online and we knew Teri Hatcher was going to be playing Mon El's Mother months before she was in the show so with a movie where there is often more details leaked I think we would already know.
I think he is guaranteed to be in the sequel if they still make one though and we might get other members then too like Supergirl, Martian Manhunter, Black Canary, Green Arrow, Hawkman, Booster Gold, Big Barda, Firestorm, Stargirl etc. I would love to see a third movie with Supergirl, Martian Manhunter, Green Arrow, Stargirl, Hawkman, Animal Man, Equinox and Adam Strange based on the 'Justice League United' lineup.
