"It" projected to PASS "Spider-Man: Homecoming" at the B.O.

Should IT be classified as a Horror film? It wasn't scary and wasn't as gorey as I wanted it to be. Don't get me wrong, I loved the film! But I saw it more as a Adventure-Thriller film.
