Whatever you call them. My brother was saying now with IT out they're starting up again, morons dressing up like clowns and going out and scaring people. I'm waiting for the day one of them decides to be a bit more original, jumps out and yells 'HEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYY KIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDS!', and if you get the reference, good for you.
